Southern Grilled Shrimp and Corn

Ingredients
2 lb package Bowl and Basket Shrimp, thawed, rinsed and patted dry
8 ears of Corn, shucked, rinsed and patted dry
3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Metal Skewers
Directions

1. Preheat the grill to medium and coat grill grates well with vegetable oil or cooking spray.

 

2. While grill is preheating, toss shrimp with seasoning until well coated, then add 6 or 7 shrimp to each metal skewer, repeating until all shrimp are skewered.

 

3. Drizzle corn with a few tsps of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

4. When grill is heated, add corn cobs to one side of grill and shrimp skewers to the other.

 

5. Grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, turning once. Grill corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to keep it from burning.

 

6. Remove from heat and serve.
